About Rick Lahkar

The man behind CRE Shoppe™

CRE Shoppe is the brainchild of Rick Lahkar, a licensed California real estate broker since 2005 with deep, hands-on experience across the commercial real estate spectrum. Over the years, Rick has worn multiple hats—as a commercial property owner, buyer, seller, and broker—giving him a firsthand understanding of the challenges and choices faced by CRE property owners.
